Walkthrough

Go to the shore of the Lake of Ill Omen in Fens of Nathsar and use the portal seed when standing near the Altar of Karana.
Speak with Askr.
Defeat the first wave of elementals that spawn.
Defeat the 2 putrescent anathemae that spawn. The Avatar of Plagues will kill Askr.
Allow the Avatar of Storms to finish off the Avatar of Plagues.
Speak to the Avatar of Storms and he will resurrect Askr. You will have to right-click and hail the Avatar to speak with it.
Speak with Askr.
