You must have +10,000 faction with Riliss to unlock this quest.
You must have completed the quests, Guard Posts, Sarnak Interlopers, and Sokokarn't to unlock this quest.

Speak with Hammin in the Field of Bone.
Puchase a sealed stone case from Blugie. You must have +30,000 faction with The Bellywhumpers to be able to purchase this item.
- If you complete all the Bellywhumper quests in Fens of Nathsar you will not have enough faction to purchase the item. There exist two paths to increasing faction at this point:
  - Complete the repeatable quest The Bellywhumper Harvest while farming Bonedigger Burynai in the Field of Bone; or
  - Complete the quests, Clean Out the Caves and Everyone Loves a Snitch in Kunzar Jungle, which unlocks more Bellywhumper quests starting with Hail to the Chief.
