Walkthrough
Follow Sailing with Three Sheets to the Wind through Moors of Ykesha, Nu'roga, Evernight Abbey, Befallen, Mistmyr Manor, and Ravenscale Repository to craft the White Dragonscale Cloak heritage reward.
How to start
Read the book Sailing with Three Sheets to the Wind found in Miragul's Phylactery: Scion of Ice. The book is in the shard chest room at the end of the right upper wing where Arcanus spawns. You can pick it up at level 75, but Nu'roga requires level 80.

Notes & prerequisites
- Must have completed The Triumph of Fear (Greenmist heritage timeline).
- Adventure level 84 (Heroic difficulty).
- +20,000 faction with the Guktan Guard required for the swampsoaked amethyst purchase.
- Consider starting A Prince in Peril (League of Freethinkers) — it visits the same zones in parallel.
Steps
1. Speak to Rotheck Dragonforge
Speak to Rotheck Dragonforge at the Dropship Landing Zone. You must still have the starting book in your inventory or he will not talk to you.

2. Gather 12 blue sapphires from Nu'roga
Collect 12 blue sapphires from small wooden chests in Nu'roga. The entrance is within the Mines of Nurga — enter the tunnel, turn right, and climb up.

3. Obtain a fay-formed ingot from Evernight Abbey
Retrieve a fay-formed ingot from Evernight Abbey in Loping Plains. One is on the floor; another is in a small jewelry case at the bottom of a bookshelf.

4. Obtain an incarnadine cluster
Obtain an incarnadine cluster — harvest, buy from broker, retrieve from Harvest Depot, or use one from shared bank (auto-updates).
- Having incarnadine clusters in shared bank may auto-update this step.

5. Speak with Ward Glanral (first visit)
Speak with Ward Glanral near the Tupta Balloon landing. You must have an incarnadine cluster in your inventory (shared bank may also work).

6. Obtain a rough fire emerald
Obtain a rough fire emerald — harvest, buy from broker, retrieve from Harvest Depot, or use one from shared bank (auto-updates).

7. Purchase a swampsoaked amethyst
Purchase a swampsoaked amethyst from Hopgip Goodsale, Fippit Goodsale, or Valor Goodsale. Requires +20,000 Guktan Guard faction. No-trade and only available while on the quest.

8. Return to Ward Glanral with both gems
Return to Ward Glanral with both the rough fire emerald and swampsoaked amethyst in your inventory.

9. Collect mana-infused sapphires in Befallen
Enter Befallen: Necrotic Asylum (Commonlands building at 633, -64, 797; zone in at 564, -58, 916). Kill shimmering miners, excavators, and laborers for 6 mana-infused black sapphires.
- Pull Captain Hamyr from a distance before proceeding down the hall to avoid adds.

10. Return to Ward Glanral for the pendant
Return to Ward Glanral in Moors of Ykesha. He creates the Kaladim Triple Sapphire pendant.

11. Return to Rotheck Dragonforge
Return to Rotheck Dragonforge at the Dropship Landing Zone. He reveals the cloak was made for a Thex royal and directs you to Queen Lenya Thex in Mistmyr Manor.

12. Find Queen Lenya Thex in Mistmyr Manor
Enter Mistmyr Manor (not Mistmoore Castle). Kill most or all named mobs — the locked door to Queen Lenya opens after clearing the zone. Reach her bedchamber by clicking the picture at (162, 29, -259), then reading the book at (165, 32, -318). A hidden passage behind a bookcase (44.8, 26.3, -376) opens when a nearby candelabra is toggled.
- DO NOT jump into Lord Mistmoore's casket — you can only evac out if you do.
- The Main Ballroom named is very difficult; clearing the rest of the zone may suffice.

14. Kill T'Lon the Powermonger
Enter Ravenscale Repository via Somborn Cemetery in Loping Plains (building at -375, 16, 54). Click the post of skulls to move the platform across the red moat. Kill T'Lon the Powermonger.

Tips
- Miragul's Phylactery is in Everfrost main area, just north of The Menagerie.
- A Prince in Peril (League of Freethinkers) runs through Evernight Abbey, Mistmyr Manor, and Ravenscale Repository in the same order.
- Guktan Guard faction (+20,000) is required for the swampsoaked amethyst — plan faction grinding before the Ward Glanral steps.
- Completing this quest unlocks The Book of Thex heritage quest.

I've found a journal outlining the story of a halfling who mentions a magical cloak made from the scales of a white dragon. Could he be speaking of the legendary White Dragonscale Cloak?
