Go to Castle Mistmoore and enter Mayong's Arcane Library.
Read several books strewn about the library.
Talk to Monika Davissi in The Forgotten Waterway.
Return Chardasus Divok.
Go to the The Timorous Moor, at .
Kill Monika when she spawns. (75^^^, gives AA, 10-min respawn)
Return to Chardasus for your reward
