I have located Jorlak's past self and convinced him to aid me in acquiring a Temporal Draconic Conduit Gem. He cannot craft this gem himself, however, and has tasked me with finding his master, Tavoken, who is capable of such a feat.
After defeating Ovilas Ironwing and quelling the drake incursion in the arcane district of Skyshrine, I convinced chronomage Tavoken to assist me. He has returned to his apprentice Jorlak and begun work on creating a Temporal Draconic Conduit Gem.
I need to locate Tavoken in the southeast plaza and convince him to construct the gem for me.
