Walkthrough

Prerequisite

Toadwart will not show up in the Mushroom Bar and Grill until you pass him running errands in somewhere in Maldura. You will know this has happened when you get a pop-up window with a mystery 121 Status Point reward. This location varies.
Trying to share this quest, I got the message "requires completing the quest, "It's Pillar Time". Turned it in and Toadwart appeared.

Steps

Obtain 10 chunks of vanadinite from tinkered minecrawlers in the Glittervein Depths of Thalumbra
- Killing tinkered minecrawlers is a group update. You can click on the damaged minecrawlers to get a chance of an update, but it is NOT a group update.
Go to the Forge of Brell in Maldura and smelt the ferrovanadium by clicking on the "Forge of Brell coals" in one of the large forges.
- Mouse over the fire spots until you get the hand cursor showing Forge of Brell coals.
- Click 5 times to get the updates
Return to Toadwart.
