Steps

Seek information using the received item Fragment of the Eternal Prism regarding Miragul's findings within Miragul's Phylactery: Scion of Ice
- Seek out Miragul's amassed library of magical tomes. Its a table at upstairs that requires a key (dropped from Arcanus).
- Seek out facets of Miragul's magical experiments. These are clickable items found in the lower part of the zone. You need 5 items to complete the quest. Items include vials, books on the tables, bottles and chains on the wall.
