Description

"Jenthis wants me to travel west of Sapling Spur Outpost. There I will find orc scouts just east of Orc Hill. Jenthis would like me to kill these scouts and acquire several order books. When I have found several order books, I am to bring them back to Jenthis. At least one should have the information we need." -- Everquest II Journal

Steps

Slay Crushbone scouts on Orc Hill until you get the Crushbone scout order book auto-update. (3 of them)
Return to Jenthis Viridar

Journal Steps and Dialogue

Jenthis Viridar: "Have you taken care of the Crushbone pawns?"
Player Character: "I have slain several orc pawns. However..."
Jenthis Viridar: "Yes? Is something wrong?"
Player Character: "There are many, many more."
Jenthis Viridar: "Oh, no. They've settled the area, as we feared they might. We have waited too long. What can you tell me about the orc forces?"
Player Character: "They have slain the bixies, and carved a crude outpost into the base of a tree."
Jenthis Viridar: "Just like an orc to destroy nature instead of live in harmony with it. This does not bode well, [Player Character]. With the orcs this close, Tunare's Sapling is in danger."
Player Character: "What do you think they'll do?"
Jenthis Viridar: "I'm not yet sure. I fear we don't know enough about the orcs' plans. I've sent scouts to the western and southern fringes of their influence to collect what information they can, but we need something a bit more concrete. I believe you can acquire this for us."
Player Character: "What do I need to get?"
Jenthis Viridar: "West of here, just this side of Orc Hill, are Crushbone scouts surveying the lands. Sometimes these scouts carry their field order booklets with them--though I have no doubt they were ordered to leave them behind. Go find several foolish scouts and bring their order books back to me."
Player Character: "Okay."

I need several Crushbone scout order books.

I have obtained the order books. I need to bring the order books to Jenthis.

Jenthis Viridar: "Did you get an order book?"
Player Character: "Yes, I acquired several."
Jenthis Viridar: "Good, good. While I work on figuring out their plans, I have another job for you."

I have given Jenthis the books.

I have brought Jenthis the Crushbone scout order books.
