Quest text

K'rin Valdim, a Quellithulian Portal Scholar at the Incantatory Apex encampment in Obol Plains, requires one last component to create a tourbillion energy siphoning implement. She is counting on me to fetch the Runes of Depletion from Nita Sparkswain, a Wayward arcanist.

Completion

K'rin Valdim, a Quellithulian Portal Scholar, provided me with the Thurible of Siphoning Flow! She designed it specifically to siphon away the tourbillion's power, saving us from unleashing a torrent of destructive, raw energy when it is time to destroy the physical aspects of the tourbillion spires in Obol Plains.
