Steps

Kill the 3 following Epic named (in any order):
- The Dark Matron (Tairiza the Widow Mistress in The Tomb of Thuuga)
- The Ancient Overseer (Venril Sathir in Venril Sathir's Lair)
- Drudge's Tormentor (Taskmaster Nichok in Veeshan's Peak)
Speak to Leandre by using one of the 3 following ways:
- the an incandescent wand
- by using Eye of the Siren (Fabled)
- by targeting yourself and hail (press H by default)

Reward

Eye of the Siren (Mythical)

This quest is part of the Coercer Epic Weapon Timeline, and can only be started/completed by a member of that class of at least Level 80.
