Crexisz is very concerned that Bellengere the Three is plotting something which will ultimately be very detrimental to The Concordium and its reputation within Qeynos. He has asked me to use Bellengere's trust once more to determine the nature of this plan and stop it. I am too intertwined in these machinations to refuse.
I closed down all of the heretic's portals in Starcrest Commune; the residents there should even now be rebuilding. In doing so I sabotaged Bellengere's attempts to aid the Circle of Ten in resurrecting Kyle Bayle to contest Queen Antonia's rule of Qeynos. Angered by my disobedience, Bellengere attempted to banish me from The Concordium. However arch-illusionist Crexisz has assured me that I have done them a great favor and will always be welcome in the tower.
I need to find out what Bellengere has been up to. He has not been spotted outside of his personal quarters in some time.

Bellengere and his pet necromancer have tasked me with removing the undead-side anchors in Starcrest. I have decided to go along with this plan while I formulate my next move.
Use the undead portals to pierce the veil and remove undead anchors

Remove the final anchor
I've removed enough of the anchors from the undead portals in Starcrest to cause a massive collapse.
Returning these anchors to Bellengere and his necromancer cohort might be dangerous. I should consult with Crexisz first.

Speak to Felion Shadoweater through the blue portal

Place the void anchors near Felion Shadoweater
On Crexisz's recommendation, I've had a Concordium warlock modify the anchors. Hopefully Bellengere will not be able to tell that they were tampered with intentionally.
I need to return to Bellengere quickly, to avoid any suspicion that I've tampered with the undead anchors.
