The spirit of Alalanne Ver, an Elddar elf who was woken from her slumber by the sudden changes in Takish Badlands, after having recalled an earlier time she had been awoken by a Teir'Dal, sent me in search of signs of a fateful Teir'Dal visitation in the Petrous Woods.
The spirit of Alalanne Ver sent me into Petrous Woods, where Kigathor, a mighty treant unquestioningly loyal to Tunare, had suffered a mortal blow while defending Takish'Hiz from a Tier'Dal onslaught. It was the event that transformed all flora in that spot to stone, creating a stone monument to the forest that once covered all of what is now the Desert of Ro.
Alalanne Ver is confident there are echoes of a fateful Teir'Dal visitation to the Elddar Forest to be found in the region now known as Petrous Woods.
