Walkthrough

Smash the ancient Shissar vase at (Inside Issik's Quarters).
Kill the A Shissarian asp that was hiding in the vase.
Collect five skulls of fallen Iksar. These are in random spots around the zone, out in the open.
Place the skulls in the brazier (Also in Issik's Quarters, next to where the vase was.) and set them ablaze.
(Take the shackles (On the wall next to the brazier.) off the wall.
Toss the shackles into the sea - do so at the docks .
Speak with Brood Matron Vrim Malthyk.
