I was rescued by the false executioner Selindi and given a second chance at life. Even though she saved me, I still suffer the effects of the poison used to masquerade my death. It will be a long, long time before the effects wear off. I must flee before the necromancers find my body gone. Freeport considers me a traitor, and Qeynos sees me as a monster. All I have left is my hope.
During the time I spent in exile, I thought upon what it means to hold the ideals of virtue. I understand that the ends do not justify the means, but rather the path that one takes decides what is good or evil. Though a good life is harder, it is more rewarding.

While fighting monsters, I came to realize that I was no different than them. Only when I refused to add hatred's strength to my attacks did I truly defeat my enemies. I see now that virtue and wrath cannot co-exist. I think it's time I speak with Vishra again.
