This quest is initiated by examining Lopsided Jewelry. This item is dropped by undead in The Thundering Steppes.
The first thing you must do is kill undead in The Thundering Steppes until you find some Silver Polish. After this you should examine the jewelry again.
You must then find a safety pin. This is found in a barrel at the docks in The Thundering Steppes at -447.67, -21.03, -397.2 (it's the one on the left). After finding it you should examine the jewelry again.
Finally you must kill Sabertooth soothsayers (found around 710,-1.99, -412 ) until you find an Iridescent Stone. After this you can examine the jewelry again to complete the quest.
