Now that we have a way to access Bertoxxulous' realm, I must ensure he does not join the ranks of the Tenets of Hate, or even assist them. But Druzzil Ro warned me, I will have to contend with hazardous, rotting terrain, and treacherous streams of pestilent filth. The very air is vitriolic, thick with innumerable pathogens!
Druzzil Ro was right to suspect Lanys T'Vyl of attempting to recruit Bertoxxulous. Although he only seemed to have been humoring her, it appears see may have had an additional goal within the Crypt of Decay.

The Crypt of Decay is heavily guarded by casters and defensive spells! I'll have to go around, but the air within the other half of this isle of pestilence is even more toxic.
I cannot progress any further in the Plane of Disease due to the disease-ridden environment. I should return to Druzzil Ro, perhaps she has an idea.
