Walkthrough

Steps

Use the chrono portal to zone into Covenant District
Acquire the Draconic Disc of Binding Runes. You must complete two subquests from Yendilor at the entrance within the zone:
1. Proving Your Worth
2. Marketplace Mayhem - this quest will reward the disc
Speak to Jorlak to complete the quest.
