Command of the Volant language is required to start or complete this quest.

This quest is given by Arejo Cloudbreach, the Hooluk Elder next to the Wizard Spires.

Arejo is standing next to Gaer Torrent who gives you the quest Might of the Aviaks that you should do at the same time.

This is a super easy one:

Run down to the cloud and take it to the Isle of the Awakening
Run North to the pad that will take you to the Palace of the Awakened. If it is not there click on the globe to call it, jump on the pad, click the globe and take the ride.
Enter the Palace to get the update and be complete the quest.
