Steps

Within 20 minutes, find a bucket of pig dung to contaminate buckets of fish. Can be found most quickly in the stables.
Within the next 20 minutes, spoil 5 buckets of fish found along the docks and near merchants in South and East Freeport.
Return to Gil McMartin for your reward.
