  - diseased and restless corpses
  - ire minions and warlocks
  - tortured and agonized essences
Acquire a head piece for the axe.
- Kill grotesque masses around
Get the counterweight cinch.
- Kill Bloodsabers. The following all update:
  - assassins, highguards, inquisitors, medics, ritualists, ruffians, sentinels,
  - crypt tempests also update.
  - any undead listed above update as well.
