Steps

Talk to Gemna Wilfreson in the Stone Mercantile District and give her a kitten.
Talk to Thomas Nadwidget in the Metal Mercantile District and give him a lightstone.
Talk to Redthel in the Deep Quarry and give her some flowers.
Talk to Cholomondeley on the musicians' stage in the Mushroom Bar and Grill and give him a mirror.
Talk to Euphemia, standing right next to Cholomondeley, and give her a songbook.
Return to Sira.
