Galen Cadabrak, a Wayward wizard, is convinced that an attack by the Harrowing Horde upon the town of Cardin Ward is imminent. He has been attempting to craft a spell that would weaken them in a battle, but he is missing several of the components for it.
I returned to Galen Cadabrak with the twilight fern seed pods, and the regeneration negation draught he required. I also told him the Harrowing Horde have taken over the spires at Incantatory Apex. He does not think that their presence at the tourbillion and spires is a coincidence.
Galen needs seed pods from a burned twilight fern, which grow near Soul's Crossing, and the regeneration negation draught from Damion Trebatius, a wizard at Incantatory Apex, an arcane project area northwest of Cardin Ward.
Gather twilight fern seed pods
Obtain regeneration negation draught from Damion Trebatius
I have the twilight fern seed pods, and the regeneration negation draught.
I must return to Galen Cadabrak in Cardin Ward and tell him the Harrowing Horde have taken over the spires at Incantatory Apex.
