Tuathil Laeds, a fae stationed near the Crushbone mount station, wants me to go into Crushbone territory, climb to the high-cap just west of Camp Rutok, and release an "ashway ulm." This will help get more reliable and up to date information to Tuathil which will in turn help him plan future operations.
