Walkthrough

There are two quests using this name.

Butcherblock Mountains

Speak to Ellerith Groundspark at 332, 194, 551 in Butcherblock Mountains to begin this quest. You must be a level 30+ tradeskiller.

Scribe the Recipe: Fossil Cleaning Instructions that Ellerith gave you.
Use a work bench and make 5 Cleaned Fossils. You'll need:

5 Rough Fossils (supplied by previous quest)
5 supple loams (tier 4 harvest)
5 glimmering sandpapers (merchant purchased, speak to Trader Whitlock by the griffon station for some)

Return to Ellerith to complete the quest.

Delcairn asks you to do more work for The Brotherhood

Purchase Fate's Whisper from Loamshallow for 1c.
Go to the North Freeport gate and eavesdrop on a conversation by hiding behind the western side of the gates. At 82, -7, 112 you'll see a speech balloon. Prompt the conversation.
Having learned the location of the meeting, go poison the cups at the meeting place with the Fate's Whisper. Right click the two cups to poison them.
Report back to Delcairn.

Speak to Lieutenant Cervaen for the next quest.
