There is one last task before me to return the Tribunal's guidance to Norrath. I must listen to the facts and determine the guilt or innocence of an accused party. My actions to this point have proven my faith. Now, I must demonstrate that I've learned enough about justice.
By speaking with the witnesses, examining the evidence and drawing upon my newfound knowledge of the law, I was able to come to a conclusion about the defendant for the Seventh Hammer. He is satisfied that I will be a noble emissary for the Tribunal.
Within the Temple of the Gavel, I will need to offer my counsel concerning a matter of the law.
I should present myself to the official presiding over the Sacred Temple of the Hammer.

The Seventh Hammer will allow me to interview the defendant as well as the witnesses in this case.
I will need to speak with the defense counsel, the prosecutor and the witnesses as well as the defendant to learn more about this case.
After learning more about this case, I will need to tell the Seventh Hammer what my verdict is in this case.
Done: I've given the Seventh Hammer my verdict and he is pleased with the result.
I've made determinations concerning the law based upon my experiences, the testimony of the witnesses and direct examination of the evidence. My decision was not made lightly.
