Go to the Hidden Refuge in Tenebrous Tangle and speak to an old man behind the waterfall. Be friendly and cooperative — wrong dialogue choices force you to restart the conversation.

6. Retrieve the oak shaft
Loot the oak shaft from a chest in The Lair of Scale. From the entrance, go to Hall of Rites, take the south hallway to The Gorgs' Pit, then climb to the Audience Chamber.

7. Craft Re-shafted Wurmslayer
At the unique forge, craft Re-shafted Wurmslayer. Requires 10 rough lumbered rosewood and 5 scintillating coal. Level 50 artisan to scribe, level 60 Geocraft combine. Must create a pristine item.

At the unique forge, craft The Wurmslayer. Requires 7 scintillating incense. Level 70 difficult Geocraft combine. If you destroy the vials or Formed Wurmslayer, return to the old man for replacements.

Every craft step requires a pristine result or resources are lost.
Selling your unfinished Wurmslayer forces a quest restart to reobtain it.
The old man dialogue is sensitive — be cooperative or you'll restart the conversation.
Do Kingdom of Sky heritage quests concurrently to minimize duplicate dungeon runs.
