Walkthrough

Examine the Yeoman's Remains near Undertow in the Icewail Caverns.
Use the key you find on the remains to open the chest on the ocean floor in the same room.
Examine the scroll case you find.
Complete four sub-quests for the four spirits in Everfrost to receive their blessings:
- The Spirit of the Frigid Pine, obtained from The Spirit of Frigid Pine at
- The Spirit of Arctic Doom, obtained from The Spirit of Arctic Doom at
- The Spirit of Polar Lights, obtained from The Spirit of Polar Lights at
- The Spirit of Wintry Mist, obtianed from The Spirit of Wintry Mist
After completing all four tasks for the spirits, go to the doors of Miragul's Menagerie in Icewail Caverns. Click the velium plate beside the door to complete the quest.
