NOTE: You must be tradeskill level 10 or higher to do this quest.

Receive a letter in the mail from 'Office of the Harbormaster.'
Examine Message in a Bottle received with the previous quest in your house. You can examine bottles in other people’s houses to forward the quest as well. Activate the spell.
If you read the letter while still with Raffik, it should update immediately.
Speak with Raffik, he gives you Vulrich Drumsticks recipe, find it in bags and scribe it.
Craft some vulrich drumsticks. Use the cooking pot at ;

Weathered Kindling is the stack of wood next to the cooking pot.

Harvest carnivore dens to get vulrich meat or kill vulriches walking around the isle for dropped meat that also works.

Speak to Raffik and feed the little beggar. He gives you Globe of Homecoming recipe. Find it in bags and scribe it.
Craft 2 Globes of Homecoming at the workbench. There are wind swept rock and plains roots nodes in the zone, you will need 2 electrum clusters, 2 tuber strands and 2 rough turquoises.
Speak with Raffik.
The clickable boat that could be used to exit the isle in previous quest is no longer there. You can use the Globe of Homecoming (which offers a teleport to any major city) or fast travel or Call to Home spell to exit zone.
