Walkthrough
Train under Yoru the Old in Antonica, craft a Sunfish Casserole, meditate through highwayman ambushes, and defeat four summoned spirits across Norrath to earn the Flowing Black Silk Sash.

Speak to Yoru the Old at Windstalker Village in Antonica to begin this heritage quest involving crafting, timed deliveries, and spirit battles across multiple zones.

- Heroic difficulty — highwaymen, monks, spirits, and Cythan the Last.
Steps
1. Harvest 10 pieces of wood
Harvest 10 pieces of wood from wind felled trees in Antonica.

2. Return to Yoru the Old
Return to Yoru the Old with the harvested wood.

3. Craft a Sunfish Casserole
Craft a Sunfish Casserole — a level 9 Artisan recipe that cannot be commissioned and must be crafted during this quest step.
- Cannot be crafted beforehand — must be done during this step.

4. Return to Yoru the Old
Return to Yoru the Old with the Sunfish Casserole.

5. Fill a flask at Frontier Farm
Fill a flask at the keg in Frontier Farm. You have 15 minutes to fill the flask and 15 more minutes to return it to Yoru.

6. Return to Yoru the Old
Return the filled flask to Yoru the Old within the time limit.

7. Meditate and kill the highwaymen
Meditate with Yoru the Old until a group of four level 41 heroic highwaymen spawn. Kill them all. The highwaymen take about a minute to spawn.

8. Speak with Yoru the Old
Speak with Yoru the Old after defeating the highwaymen.

9. Speak with Cythan in The Feerrott
Speak with Cythan in The Feerrott. The closest transport is a transport horse at the Greenblood River Station.

10. Kill the spirit monks
Kill the increasingly harder monks that spawn (approximately 10), beginning with Spirit monks and ending with the Spirit Master. This step has a 5-minute timer.

11. Speak with Cythan again
Speak with Cythan after defeating all the monks.

12. Summon and kill Borbin the Prevailer
Speak to Burdop in Rivervale to summon Borbin the Prevailer. Kill the spirit — spirits have a big knockback and stay up for only 10–15 minutes after being hailed.

13. Summon and kill Oodan the Tranquil
Speak to Lo'volonus near the glitter mine on the hill near the tree to summon Oodan the Tranquil. Kill the spirit.

14. Summon and kill Brother Raster
Speak to Zan Filis at the top of Deathfist Lookout to summon Brother Raster. Kill the spirit.

15. Summon and kill Sartar the Unrivaled
Speak to Tarnis to summon Sartar the Unrivaled, the hardest of the four spirits. Kill the spirit.

16. Defeat Cythan the Last
Return and speak to Cythan, who becomes Cythan the Last and attacks you. Kill Cythan the Last, then speak to Cythan who reappears. Click the rock behind Cythan to complete the quest.

Tips
- Have level 9 Artisan skill ready — the Sunfish Casserole must be crafted during the quest.
- The Frontier Farm flask step has two 15-minute timers — plan your route.
- Spirit summons despawn in 10–15 minutes — hail and kill quickly.
- Sartar the Unrivaled is the hardest spirit — save him for last when you are warmed up.

I met an old man name Yoru in Windstalker Village. He seems very eager to teach me "great things" as he called it. I should probably do what he asks so that I can find out what these great things are he has to teach me.
Completion
Yoru sent me to speak with Master Cythan, a monk whose ghost still resided in the Feerrott. After successfully completing a series of trials, Cythan awarded me with the Flowing Black Silk Sash.
