This quest is initiated by examining "Tallon Ale". This item is a random drop from mobs in Zek, the Orcish Wastes.
You must kill orcs in Zek (any will do) until you have obtainated three bottles of ale (it will auto-tick on your quest bar). Once you have done this you will be rewarded with three drinkable versions of the drink. Drink didn't seem like anything special to me. Dissapointing reward.
The one saving grace of this quest is that it is repeatable.
